Confirmed Illustrator document size is the same as Silhouette media size (both are 8.5x11).Horizontal registration is decent, it's just the vertical stretching that is causing issues. Proportion of misalignment looks like it might correspond to the discrepancy between Illustrators registration mark placement and Sillhouette Connect registration mark placement in the preview. Cut begins, but is not lined up with the design and seems a little vertically misaligned.

Manually register by positioning cutter over top of top left square.Registration Fails when looking for top left square. In the preview that comes up, it looks like the bottom left registration mark is further from the bottom edge of the page than it appears in illustrator, and the cut boundary is overlapping one of my designs, even though in illustrator it is well within the lower registration mark line.Illustrator > File > Silhouette Connect > Send to Silhouette Connect.Hide cut paths, print page with designs and registration marks.Using Silhouette Studio as a reference, I make sure the settings in Silhouette Connect are identical to the default registration settings.Illustrator > File > Silhouette Connect > Silhouette Registration Marks. In Illustrator, create an 8.5x11" document. The issue only arises when I try to use Silhouette Connect through Illustrator to send my file to the cutter. When I cut pages printed directly from Silhouette Studio, I have no issues with registration, even with shiny or holographic materials.

SILHOUETTE CONNECT ILLUSTRATOR CAMEO 4 FULL
Since I have 2 concentric cut lines for each sticker, using the built in edge detection in Silhouette Studio is not an option and I need to use illustrator to have full control over my cut paths. I am trying to make stickers that have a inset kiss cut and full cut so a small margin of the sticker backing extends out from the actual sticker once cut, making it much easier to peel off. I suspect the issue is a discrepancy in the placement of the registration marks in illustrator (generated by Connect) and the cut preview shown in Connect.
SILHOUETTE CONNECT ILLUSTRATOR CAMEO 4 MANUAL
I am attempting to Print and Cut via the Silhouette Connect plugin for Illustrator, but am running into issues where my Cameo 4 cannot identify registration, and manual registration fails.
